Sean McIlroy is a highly qualified and passionate personal trainer based in Kilwinning, Scotland, with 15 years of experience split between Australia and Scotland.

 

Armed with a BSc (Hons) in Health & Exercise and certifications in REPS Level 3, Athletics Coaching, and British Weightlifting, he delivers personalised, sustainable fitness solutions in a private gym setting.

 

Sean's own background in football and weightlifting informs his inclusive and results-driven approach, one where "fitness is for everyone."

I’ve known Sean a long time now. Not only is he a good friend and a great footballer he’s a superb personal trainer. I’ve saw him grow and become a success across seas and now to train with him here in Scotland is brilliant.
